One day of fun at Disneyland Paris

You know the cliche: every child’s dream is to go to Disneyland. Well, I didn’t have this dream as a child because Disneyland was too far away from where I lived to even dream to go (I live in Romania). Sad, I know.

However, I got the chance to visit Disneyland, as an adult. And I’ll tell you: it was one of the best experiences ever! From the moment I entered the gates it was like stepping into another world! It was like all the movies I have watched as a kid came to life.

From the gates you could see the castle painted in pink shades. At every corner, there were people dressed in my all time favorite Disney characters. And to top this all, the music made the fairy tale picture complete.

There were so many people I couldn’t believe my eyes! Same with the lines at the attractions. Too bad we discovered the fast passes too late. Basically, you can pre-book your ride in order to avoid all the lines. I think that the best thing you can do in order to skip them is to go early in the morning and pre-book all the rides you are interested in.

If you go to Disneyland Paris and you are looking for some extreme rides, don’t miss Disney Studios. My favorite ride was by far the Tower of Terror. Don’t want to give you any spoilers. Therefore, I will restrain from telling you how awesome this ride is.

Also, a spectacular surprise might be waiting for you, if stay until closing time! We didn’t know about the fireworks but when we wanted to leave the park we noticed that people gathered in front of the castle, sitting on the asphalt. We asked them what are they waiting for and so we found out about the amazing spectacle.

In what concerns the food, don’t worry about it! You can bring your own food and drinks from home or you can buy there. You have plenty to choose from and the prices are ok. For a burger, fries, soda and ice-cream I paid 13 euros.

I hope I woke up your inner child. Disneyland is a fairy tale any child or adult must live at least once in a lifetime!

Still. Disneyland is the happiest, most expensive, and most queueing place in the world! haha
